Steps2change provides talking therapies for people 16 years and older experiencing problems with anxiety, depression, stress, and offers help with issues like bereavement or the impact of a traumatic event.
If you feel that you would like to access talking therapies you don’t need to make an appointment with your GP or healthcare professional. You can self-refer to our service by:

CALM
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this. Join the campaign to take a stand against suicide. CALM aims to prevent male suicides and helps young adult men who are in crisis. It’s free, confidential and anonymous.

When to use the 111 service
